Return Policy

Ladybird Tea wants you to be happy with your purchase. Although we do our best to serve you, sometimes damage occurs in shipping or an error occurs in processing your order.

Here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

Processing Errors

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will gladly correct our error.

Damaged Goods

  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Return damaged goods with ALL packing materials. (Required for refund)
  • Customers are responsible for return postage. 
  • Credit or replacement will be issued when we receive the return, including postage. 

Returns of non-consumable items – tea accessories, teapots, infusers, etc. 

  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Items cannot be returned if they have been used, damaged or altered in any way.
  • Product must be returned in the original packaging, not just the shipping box.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage. 
  • Credit or replacement will be issued when we receive the return. 

Returns of Consumable items – Teas and treats

  • Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns.
